Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform engine disassembly, inspection, repair, modification, and re-assembly in accordance with approved AMM, ESM, CMM, and SBs
- Carry out module build and strip activities (e.g. Fan, LPC, HPC, HPT, LPT) in an engine shop environment
- Handle Life Limited Parts (LLPs) tracking, verification, and installation in compliance with airworthiness requirements
- Conduct and support borescope inspections during overhaul and base maintenance activities
- Perform QEC build-up / removal, LRU replacement, and engine change-related tasks
- Support thrust reverser, nacelle, fan cowl, and actuator removal / installation related to engine overhaul works
- Ensure engine build records, task cards, and component traceability documentation are accurately completed and certified
- Support engine test preparation and post-test rectification activities where required
- Adhere strictly to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements (CAAS / EASA / FAA)
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the engine shop
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant aircraft engine overhaul / engine shop experience
- Hands-on exposure to engine modules, LLP management, and build records
- Familiarity with engine manuals, work cards, and maintenance documentation systems
- Experience working in a regulated MRO environment
- Able to commit to 8-hour rotating shifts (morning & afternoon)
- Detail-oriented, safety-driven, and team-focused
