As the In-Stock Manager, you are the subject matter expert for supply planning, order management, retailer support, in-stock, allocation for current and upcoming products as well as process improvement to streamline internal processes, key priorities will be:
· Own and communicate demand insights and supply allocation plans to cross-functional internal stakeholders
· Invent and simplify processes to ensure we are constantly improving operations for our customers
· Work collaboratively with internal teams, to drive tool and process improvements that affect purchasing and procurement workflows, with emphasis on automating tasks that are currently performed manually
· Work with our vendors to drive operational excellence to increase confirmation rates and reduce lead times
· Achieve and maintain high in-stock rates on replenishment programs
· Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory liability, determine exit strategy for unproductive inventory

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· More than 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Inventory Management or equivalent experience such as Consulting, Finance, or Operations influencing internal and external stakeholders.
· Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause and identify scalable solutions
· Excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
· Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
· Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
· Ability to thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Qualification in Business, Engineering, a Supply Chain/Operations discipline or Information Systems Management
· Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
· Strong numerical and analytical aptitude, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models
· Strong proficiency in analytical tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL
· Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
· Excellent collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust at all levels
