Position Summary
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for administering Samsung’s social media accounts; creating content, managing posts and responding to followers, in order to achieve Samsung’s marketing goals
Role and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sound social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube to drive business and marketing objectives
Keep abreast with current trends and audience preferences for creation of relevant content that resonates with social users
Set specific objectives and report on ROI
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
Communicate with followers by responding to queries in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal stakeholders like marketing, sales and customer service, and agency partners for effective scheduling of social posts
Design and implement influencer marketing strategies as part of social media strategy
Identify and build relationships with influencers and thought leaders
Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.
At least 5 years of social media and influencer management experience.
Hands-on experience in content management.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Networking aptitude
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
Resourceful and able to think out of the box.
An effective team player, able to work under pressure and tight timelines.
