Job Description
Amazon is looking for a highly motivated individual with responsibility for innovating and executing exciting new growth opportunities for our end-to-end global supply chains. In this role, the Logistics Specialist will have good analytical acumen to translate that vision into an executable plan. This person will work extensively across different Amazon teams to grow the overall data center operations.
Responsibilities
· Handle the day-to-day logistics activities to support data center operation.
· Perform receiving, RMA processing, cycle count and stock transfer.
· Scheduling of incoming shipment and access clearance at colocation sites.
· Participate in improvement initiative.
Job Specification
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Engineering discipline
· 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Logistics
· Good knowledge in WMS and Microsoft office applications
· Good communication skills (English speaking, writing and reading skills).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain or logistics
· Skilled in project management and inventory management
· Good knowledge of Lean and CI methodologies
