Our Cybersecurity team helps our clients think more broadly about security and move boldly towards new possibilities. We offer our clients an end-to-end portfolio of services across four stages: assess, build, manage and respond.
Our focus areas are Cyber Risk Strategy, Digital Identity & Access Management, Data Privacy & Protection, Cyber Defence & SOC Optimisation.
About the Role
Understanding of the Identity and Access Management solution (Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint IGA, ForgeRock, Okta, etc.)
Develop identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans
Understand business requirements, gather and translate those into system requirements
Develop identity management governance plans
Understanding of the current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance
Designing and implementing Single Sign On, and Identity Federation concepts such as SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS Federation, OpenID, OAuth and WS-Security
Design enterprise directory architecture including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience including Resource Provisioning
Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification
User Lifecycle Management Processes
Developing, architecting and implementing IDM provisioning tools
Customising IDM product functionality to fulfil requirements that cannot be met with standard functionality
Recommending improvements, corrections, remediation or requirements for associated projects
Create and maintain relevant documentation as may be required by the customer from time to time
Provide solutions for platform stability, functional defects and any new enhancements
Job Specification
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent education
Minimum 6 - 7 years of relevant experience with IAM suite (Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint IGA, ForgeRock, Okta, etc), Virtual Directory, Identity Federation. Hands-on experience with one or more of the following Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint IGA, ForgeRock, Okta,CyberArk, IBM Tivoli etc
Experience with Oracle Weblogic, JBOSS, Tomcat, Glassfish or IBM WebSphere
Experience with one or more directories such as IBM Directory Server, Sun ONE Directory Server and Novell e-Directory and Oracle Internet Directory
Experience with one or more databases such as Oracle, IBM and MS SQL
Demonstrated technical leadership skills to manage and direct junior level staff
Working knowledge of Red hat Enterprise Linux
Hands-on Experience of development of event handlers, Schedulers and provisioning workflows
Hands-on on running and developing queries to fetch data in the Production environment
Demonstrated project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated track record as a team player
Strong oral and written communication skills and analytical skills
