Job Description
Edelman Singapore is seeking a Client Executive for its Digital practice.Are you interested in various digital amp; communications marketing processes such as digital marketing, campaign management, research amp; insights, social media, community management, communications and stakeholder mapping exercises? If so, read on!What you'll be doing:•Demonstrate a deep knowledge of digital or integrated communications-marketing principles and strategies•Understand key client information, including business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors•Client-facing with key clients•Managing and working with the creative team to facilitate the execution of creative content assets according to client timelines and budget•Manages social media content and community management•Writes engaging social content amp; digital communications content (eg: eDMs, blogs, articles, etc)•Edit and proofreads written materials for quality and adherence to appropriate writing style•Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the industry, company, or target audience at hand•Monitor performance of campaign assets, optimisation, and execute revisions•Performance reporting for website and social media platforms (need to be familiar or have some knowledge of native platform analytics on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Analytics)•Project and timeline management•Participates and assists in program brainstorming, development and planning•Manages third party vendors•Content management, engagement journey and editorial calendar planning•Participate in new business process, including research and proposal preparation•Commit to continuous learning through Edelman Learning Institute and other training opportunities•Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Edelman’s values and our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
Qualifications:You should have a degree/diploma in a relevant field, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent organization skills, and the ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines. You must have a strong work ethic and dedication to consistently provide quality work. Previous internship experience is preferred.The ideal candidate should have:•Good interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to work effectively with a variety of client service staff within a specific set of accounts•A basic understanding of all basic digital or social media platforms amp; tools and how they are used to achieve digital marketing•1+ years experience with digital marketing, fresh graduates are also welcome•Some knowledge of industry and location-specific standards, average metrics, and marketing trends for digital marketing•Experience managing web projects, Google Analytics, website content, media plan assets and content management systems such as Wordpress is a plus•Willingness to jump in and support the team•Strong attention to detail•Basic research skills and project management skills•Eagerness to learn and be part of and contribute to a strong, high-performing team
