PPRO Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Cash Management amp; Treasury Lead to manage our team that processes our growing volume of payment transactions. The ideal candidate would be someone with a high level of attention to detail, as well as understands the importance of strong financial controls, safeguarding funds and strong knowledge in the payments Industry. This individual must be a great teammate that strives for continuous improvement, has an eagerness to learn and feels comfortable working within a larger global team. As a part of the Global Treasury Team, you will play a significant role in making sure all payments arrive to the designated client in an accurate manner and build up amp; maintain our banking network in APAC.Key Responsibilities

- Cash Management for our APAC Entities
- Perform foreign exchange conversions of customer funds
- Process disbursements to all APACnbsp;clients
- Daily reconciliation of all operational funds
- Resolve payment related issues with our banking partners
- Improve processes and efficiency
- Prepare reports for management review and analysis
- Banking KYC amp; CDD Experience
- Undergraduate Degree along with an interest in financial services or operations
- Proficiency in Excel and other online tools (Google Apps, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and computer skills
- Strong communicator and listener
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Ability to enhance and improve manual processes
- Passion for problem solving and helping customers
- Possesses a willingness and curiosity to learn
- Language skills of English; Mandarin is a plus
- Minimum 5 years related work experience in financial sector
- Ideally gt;2 years experience in the payments industry in a FinTech Company
- Leadership experience of a small team and looking to assume a team lead role
