1. Marketing and Communications
- Manage both above and below the line publicity, including promotional and tactical marketing campaigns
- Drive marketing and communications, build awareness and education
- Support PR management and branding (take care of RI brand identity, manage media owners and work with reporters and journalists
- Sales and marketing materials (Pitching packs, brochures, inserts)
- Media placement (online and offline)
- Creative artworks to support marketing communication initiatives (work with creative agencies)
- Editorial or advertorial support (for internal and external media platforms)
- Email marketing campaign and reporting activities
- Coordinate corporate identity and gifts
- Miscellaneous and administrative relating to agencies and supplier engagement (documents and paper work including quotations, purchase orders and payments)
2. Reporting and Monitoring
- Tracking of enquiries and leads generation
- Monitor marketing campaigns effectiveness, tracking of responses, leads and sales conversion per campaign
- Business performance review reporting (Data analysis, business growth)
- Best Practice Sharing, Case Studies and corporate updates pack (for presentation and updates)
3. Market Research and Customer Insights
- Market intelligence and competitor landscape review
- Market trends and industry practices
- Mystery call and shopping exercises
4. Innovation and Product Marketing
- Support innovations launch for both Pest Control and Initial Hygiene
- Launch pack, complete sales and marketing materials for launch, tracking and monitoring, product and solution/units completeness
- Review product/service line penetration and identify ways to accelerate revenue and growth
- Manage category building and penetration for both divisions
5. Business Development Support
- Targeted and selected presentation packs designed and customized for key profile customers (Tender or customized pack)
- Drive major innovation flagship projects and engaged with sales team
- Joint pitching and collaboration with sales team for selected customers
6. Digital Marketing and Website Management
- Work with digital agencies on campaign management, ad copies, banner artworks for search and display ads
- Social media marketing including Facebook and Google my Business
- Content writing for blog articles and snippets
- SEO coordination on content refreshers and website updates
- Simple banner and creative designs
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or undergraduates who will like to pursue marketing entry level
- Good communication and writing skills
- Microsoft Office savvy
- Able to work independently and adapt a fast pace environment
- Simple design skills using free designs tools
- This is a 6 months internship role.
