Branch Operations Manager
Rentokil Initial, Singapore

• Accountable for branch performances, facility, safety amp; security.
• Drives service, in-house amp; warehouse operations through ongoing improvement, and operational excellence programs.
• Streamline and review processes on a periodic basis.
• Provide leadership to team members, including periodic productivity reviews, performance management, coaching, counseling and training.
• Date driven approach on reviewing performance goals and expectations to team members.
• Ensure required monthly inspection reports and audits are completed in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in a manager capacity
• Proven track record in managing a sizeable team and developing a high performance team.
• Familiar with environmental amp; safety regulations and possess strong safety consciousness.
• Strong Leadership, Interpersonal, People Management and Communication skills.
• Pro-active with hands-on approach.
• Project management, Six Sigma / LEAN Management skill set will be an advantage.
