Human Resource Executive - WSG Mid-Career Pathway Programme #SGUP

• Be involved in various HR projects and provide an entire range of HR services to facilitate employee life cycle management in within the organisation.
• Support the business units to facilitate resolutions regarding employee relations issues with escalation to the HR Director when necessary.
• Assist with the annual performance management process.
• Participate in compensation and benefits initiatives to ensure that compensation and benefits practices are aligned to overall strategy for attraction and retention.
• Identify, interpret and implement changes to employment related rules and regulations in line with MOM and other regulatory bodies.
• Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies and benefits, procedures and services in accordance with legal compliance and company requirements.
• Assist in reviewing HR operations, identify and execute on opportunity for improvement to drive HR efficiency and productivity.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and employee surveys and partner with the business to effectively follow through on required actions.
• Drive and manage internship program.
• Prepare and submit monthly management and other statutory reports
• Support the annual budgeting process
• Support Mamp;A activities where necessary
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong Time management skills
• Detailed and meticulous
• Good analytical skills
