We are looking for a Social Data Analyst to join our team in Singapore. Able to apply a combination of technical skills, analytics thinking, working together with the creative, content and brand team, proactively identify best practices and opportunity areas for our clients' communication and content platforms, and formulate analysis, learning and recommendations based on an excellent mastery of data.
Role and Requirements
- Required work experience: at least 3 years in a similar role in a digital or content agency.
- Process, analyze and understand conversations in digital channels to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
- Analyze owned channels analytics to identify key insights or brand opportunities.
- Understanding and mastering of digital metrics.
- Analysis of digital and social platforms
- Conduct test and learn programs on owned channels and campaigns
- Experience in monitoring digital and social crises.
- Presentation, communication and research skills.
- Write monthly and quarterly performance reports making recommendations
- Familiarity with the automotive category is preferred.
Always on
- Monitor daily conversation related to the brands to detect communication opportunities or potential crises.
- Generate daily and monthly reports of both content performance analyzed always from the perspective of the content strategy and social listening.
