• Supervising yard operations, including deployment of men and equipment
• Inventory control, management and reporting functions
• Lead, develop and supervise a team of workers to support the activities of the company
• Maintenance and management of yard/workshop/office facilities
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety and health requirements
• Able to multi-task and co-ordinate well with vendors and sub-cons
• Conduct RA Assessment
• Able to operate forklift advantageous

Requirements

• Diploma in Marine/Mechanical Engineering
• 5 years experience working in a shipyard
• Excellent supervisory/leading and interpersonal skills
• Possess Lifting Supervisor Cert
• Able to handle English and Mandarin speaking clients
• Fast learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess Shipyard Safety Instruction Course Cert (SSIC)
