This is a 6-month internship position based in SINGAPORE. Working closely with the team, your key responsibilities are:
- Gather information (offline/ online) for regular newsletter regarding latest market trends e.g. digital marketing trends for 2021
- Assist to develop curriculum slides and lesson plan for training courses including FB Masterclass, IG Masterclass, Content management, e-Commerce courses
- Assist to develop checklist and frameworks for digital marketing consultancy works e.g. survey questions, report generation
- Conduct information gathering regarding clients, preferably with some experience in SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, review of digital marketing presence
- Assist in managing existing projects Update CRM, coordinate timing with trainers, venue booking, fixing of time slots for next follow up meeting with client
- Any other ad-hoc tasks that requires support
Requirements
- Preferred: Experience in digital media space
- Strong research, planning, organizational and time management skills
- Adaptable to changes
- Appreciate working in a structured and systematic environment
- Independent worker and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communications skills - able to communicate well with the HHWT team
