Job Description

This role will report to Regional HR Manager APAC with dotted line reporting to Regional Head of Operational Services APAC. The role will assist with the recruitment process and administration duties to bring external recruitment fees down and enable the Regional HR Manager APAC to focus on other HR priorities and initiatives such as employee engagement, talent management, and training solutions in partnership with Lamp;D and business line leads.

The role will support the resourcing solutions which requires a dedicated conduit to coordinate the recruitment within our APAC time zone. The following responsibilities which the person in this role will be assisting with but not limited to:

Recruitment

  • Collaborate and work closely with stakeholders from various departments within the organization to understand the different business functions/needs and execute the recruitment process
  • Be the point of contact between hiring managers and candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Collect and track interview feedback
  • Onboarding of new hires: offer package coordination, background check facilitation, etc
  • Draft offer letters, employment contracts
  • Add new joiners on Bamboo and Kimble
  • Coordinate with Global Learning amp; Development team to assist with Sales Bootcamp
  • Key logistical contact for planning and execution of career events on school campuses or in client office to support recruiting processes (e.g securing space, creating marketing, sending materials, etc)
  • Customize creative methods to optimize the process of sourcing, screening and selection of ideal talents through various platforms
  • Design and implement initiatives to engage and attract both active and passive candidates
  • Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing and managing referral processes with internal stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the relationships with internal/external recruiters
  • Collaborate with team members in various initiatives to enhance employer branding in various areas and departments
  • Data entry of recruitment/resourcing requirements onto the recruitment portal
  • Post jobs on LinkedIn, CareersFuture (Jobsbank), campus career sites, etc
  • Maintain internal CVs to ensure they are up to date
  • Review CVs and amend in line with the JD of the engagement, highlighting key skill sets of candidates which are needed
  • Create and manage profile decks
  • Administrative duties and/or Kimble support and updates required for resourcing

Operations

  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Office management that includes but not limited to office maintenance, mailing, shipping, office supplies, equipment and office related bills and errands
  • Support the Marketing team to manage the logistics of any client-facing marketing events
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager APAC
  • Additional activities as needed that would help assist with the hiring and on-boarding process

Requirements

Knowledge amp; Skills:

  • A diploma or degree in any discipline with at least 1 year of working experience
  • Previous experience of working as team assistant, coordinator, or recruiter coordinator will be of advantage
  • Exceptional at multi-tasking and working well under tight deadlines in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with numerous individuals of all seniorities
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Highly organized individual with keen attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a blend of onsite and offsite team members
  • Assertive and proactive; positive attitude; always willing to learn
  • Mandarin written and verbal communication skill will be beneficial to the role
