As an Assistant Store Manager, you will:
- Assist Store Manager in daily store operations
- Exhibit behaviours that represent TCL culture
- Coach Store Supervisors and team members, identify learning opportunities and concoct employee development plans
- Be responsible for the work and performance of every member of the retail team
- Take part in and coach team to ensure visual merchandising and housekeeping is of TCL standard
- Recommend improvements that can be made to optimise both sales and customer experience
- Motivate and encourage the team and foster good relationships amongst team members
- Train and guide our team to corroborate excellence in TCL customer experience and sales
- Responsible for achieving store KPIs
- Accountable for sales reporting, weekly updates and customer profile reports.
- Take charge of monthly stock takes
- Assist Manager in recruiting brilliant candidates for the retail team
- Maintain store inventory together with Store Manager
- Be accountable for standard store opening, closing and preparing cash deposits
