Job Description

We are looking for team members to join our fast-growing business as we solidify our market position.

As a Presales Solution Consultant, you are essential to the sales cycle and play an important role on the Sales team. You will use your subject matter expertise in the domain to provide support to the Sales team and help drive the sale by providing influence and credibility to C-level executives.

Through interactive pre-sales discovery meetings, and by leveraging your deep Workforce Management (WFM) and complex Enterprise Software product knowledge, presales consultants provide discovery, core human capital expertise, Executive presentations, and WFO product demonstrations, in partnership with our sales teams, to prospect customers throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily provides pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products/applications/solutions.
  • Uses in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Assists the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.
  • May create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions.
  • May build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.
  • May provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.

Requirements

  • You are an exceptional, dynamic presenter with excellent communication and influencing skills, specifically to a C-level leadership audience
  • Experience presenting WFM solutions in front of a technical and business audience
  • You possess credibility and passion for presentations and product demonstrations
  • You have strong functional knowledge and experience gained through roles such as domain practitioner, enterprise solution Pre-Sales, Sales Consultant, and/or have a background in digital transformation
  • Expertise knowledge of SaaS applications around Time amp; Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Workforce Forecasting and Workforce Analytics
  • You’re passionate about WFO and believe that businesses and organizations can advance and grow by adopting WFO solutions
  • You thrive under pressure and can manage multiple, simultaneous engagements with different prospects
