  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Manage daily B2B operations.
    • Handle and follow up with corporate customer’s enquiries, requirements and needs (emails/phone calls).
    • Issue quotations, tax invoices, delivery orders and other necessary documentation.
    • To keep track of aging invoices.
    • Ensure timely fulfilment of B2B orders by working closely with logistics and external vendor.
    • Coordinate with the various department (warehouse, external vendors, retail stores, B2B clients) in ensuring the service and quality align across our businesses.
    • Follow up with post-sales services such as defective goods, exchange of sizes (case-to-case basis), and warranty claims (if applicable).
    • Build and maintain strong corporate customer relationships.
    • Proactively pitch and acquire new corporate customers.
    • To work with the supply chain team on replenishment of stocks, order processing and new offers.
    • Assist B2B Leader with any other ad-hoc matters.

    Requirements

    • Singaporean/Singapore Permanent Resident only.
    • Sports Lover!
    • Minimum of 2 years working experience in B2B/Procurement/Sales related roles.
    • Experience in handling the corporate account and has entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable in handling corporate clients and confident in negotiation with customers.
    • A team player who is responsible, self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced and changing environments.
    • Possess the ability to build a strong working relationship with stakeholders across all levels.
