Job Description
The Learning Lab is Singapore’s leading provider of K-12 academic enrichment and tuition services. We have been developing and running quality educational programmes for pre-school, primary, secondary and junior college students in English, Mathematics and the Sciences for the past 20 years.
We are looking for a highly driven individual who is comfortable operating in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment to play a part in TLL’s growth efforts, with a particular emphasis on digital, online, and hybrid growth initiatives. Our immediate growth plans are targeted principally toward neighbouring markets in Southeast Asia and markets further abroad in North and East Asia.
Reporting to the Director of Growth and harnessing the support of internal functional department talents and external stakeholders, you will take on a project management role to ensure smooth workflow and processes from ideation to execution. You find joy in solving problems with creative solutions and are keen to be hands-on and take ownership.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that internal workflow, processes, and timelines for the product offerings are adhered to and smoothly executed.
- Organise, coordinate and follow up with internal departmental functions to support the execution from target audience identification, products offering, customers’ enquiries, leads generation, leads follow up and conversion, class timing and availability, class acceptance, student registration, student attendance, system and worksheet availability and readiness, and payment tracking .
- Work with Marketing amp; Communications team (MarComm) and marketing agencies to ensure efforts and deliverables to raise brand awareness and to generate leads in each market through paid, earned, and owned channels are met.
- Work with CEO, Director of Growth, and MarComm todevelop and execute pricing and promotional plans across current and planned products.
- By coordinating and collaborating with the MarComm and Curriculum teams, ensure the programme write-ups and curriculum structure/format meet the products offering.
- Coordinate with MarComm and Planning amp; Resourcing team to ensure suitable class scheduling and teacher assignment to the classes (both lesson experience and actual classes).
- Coordinate with Teaching team to identify and guide teachers in the successful delivery of the offered products.
- Spearhead the sales effort, working with Enrolment team to ensure leads are followed up and to push for maximum conversion/student acceptance.
- Coordinate with LMS and IT team to ensure student creation and worksheet availability in the system for the sign ups
- Liaise with Finance team to track sign ups payment status
- Provide clear and concise progress updates for stakeholder awareness and decision making.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in a similar role or field is required for this position.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly meticulous with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Able to think out of the box for creative solutions to drive desired outcomes.
- Independent and resourceful; able to operate and solve problems without close supervision or clear directions.
- Able to work under pressure toward challenging deadlines and targets.
- Experience in the following are a strong plus:
- CRM
- Paid campaigns and content marketing
- CMS and website optimisation; understanding of UX/UI principles
