Job Description

Position Summary

Solutions Architect role is responsible for providing consultative technical advice and integral support to secure / ensure the seamless implementation of large scale/complex enterprise projects.

Role and Responsibilities

Consultative pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex solutions focused on driving Samsung’s suite of Display offerings.

Engage Senior / C-suite level as a trusted advisor in pre-sales business cycle

Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions and provide consultation to prospective users

Provide detailed specification comparisons against competitors and enable internal sales team on Points of Parity (POP) and Points of Differentiation (POD)

Use in-depth industry and product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales teams and end customers via sales presentations and product demonstrations

Develop processes and systems to provide thorough responses to Requests for Proposal

Assist sales teams in the potential applications of enterprise offerings to meet customer needs

Preparation of detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions

Assist sales teams in tender preparation and specification compliance

Assist sales teams and partners with on-site troubleshooting and technical assistance during project implementation phase

Conduct periodical training sessions for customers and partners

Participate in project management of LED projects through partners

Conducts technical training and troubleshooting for LED products

Job Specification

Skills and Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in computer science, engineering or equivalent and/or corresponding work experience

At least 10 years of work experience in pre-sales and technical support for IT products and services with preferably strong technical knowledge and hands on experience

Proven success in presales support and securing B2B deals with wide range of customers

Proven technology knowledge of IT concepts, understanding of Samsung products, basic solutions and technical requirements

Team player, ability to collaborate effectively in an international, multi-cultural environment

Able to work and deliver in a fast paced environment

Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management
