Here's your chance to join our Training & Certification team working in the highly visible role of Training Operations Specialist - ASEAN.

In this role, you will orchestrate the day to day operations of our ASEAN wide training business. This includes but not limited to scheduling classes, interfacing with our customers, preparing reports and managing engagements end to end. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, switch gears at a moment's notice, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

- Earns trust implicitly, executes precisely in a customer impacting environment, and thrives in a shifting environment.
- Schedule training classes in locations across ASEAN. This includes arranging venues, coordinating customer contract agreements, coordinating instructors and ordering training materials.
- Liaise with students to accept their registrations, confirm bookings and manage cancellations/changes.
- Manage inbound communications including customer queries in a timely manner
- Assist with Purchase Order (PO) and budget management related to public and private onsite training and billing and; understand internal funding programs
- Administration of qwiklab and Gilmore platforms
- Support with Training Cases received from external customers & partners with queries and information requests
- Support the day-to-day operational management of the ASEAN Training Business including liaising with AWS/or external instructors during their ramp-up period, collecting reports, evaluations from Training Partners and providing the Training team metrics on their performance.
- Keep up-to-date with the different platforms and tools we work with, such as Smartsheet, Sharepoint, Instructor Calendar, various tracking and reporting spreadsheets
- Manage class LMS system, liasing with customers to accept their registrations, confirm bookings and manage cancellations/changes
- Manage weekly metrics and audit class data weekly

Job Specification

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an operational or team coordination position.
· Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company.
· Experience supporting tenured sales team in operational or sales support capacity.
· Comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations and drive decisions.
· Superior knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, SalesForce are desired.
· Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills.
· Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Positive, proactive attitude, with ability to always exercise great judgment.
· Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
· Knowledge/Understanding of Cloud Computing and/or AWS will be considered a bonus.
· Hands on experience using Smartsheet.
· Ability to speak multiple languages, Bahasa native is preferred.
