As part of the Brand Studio team, you will work closely with the creative director and editors on business pitches and campaigns across all media platforms.
Responsibilities :
- Manage creative strategy for both small-scale and large-scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology
- Produce creative visuals for mock-ups and pitch decks, including animations and digital enhancements
- Attend client meetings and lead pitches for new campaigns and projects.
- Liaise with vendors and production houses to ensure best results
- Manage project budgets and deliver outstanding campaigns
- Art-direct and be responsible for overall design consistency across all deliverables
- Review graphic materials to assess their validity and appropriateness for conveying clients message, including web optimisation, UI/UX and SEO
- Draw up detailed website layout and specifications, and coordinate efforts closely with developers in the digital team for testing and debugging
- Keeping abreast of current design and content marketing trends
- Collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Managing a team of designers and mentoring them in digital design work.
- Be in charge of Brand Studio’s brand marketing including the creation and updating of its portfolio.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a creative industry, agency or editorial team preferred
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Outstanding knowledge of the digital creative process, from strategy, conceptualization, user experience design and best practices.
- Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite and presentation software
- Knowledge of web coding (eg. HTML, CSS, Javascript) and CMS (eg. Coremedia, Drupal) preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
