As a Senior Compliance Program Manager for APAC, within this cross-functional team, you will be responsible for supporting Expansion related projects and leading cross-functional Regulatory, Risk and Efficiency driven projects on behalf of the PARS Compliance organization (Product Compliance, Trade Compliance, Dangerous Goods and Restricted Products).

You will act as the main POC for our business stakeholders, understanding their requirements while building the relationships and earning their trust, in parallel you will understand and represent the needs of the PARS Compliance org. As a Sr. Program manager, you will be responsible for managing the whole Project Life Cycle starting from project Inception, scoping, execution and ensuring project deliverables are within agreed time, cost and scope variables.

A successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, a reputation as someone who focuses on the customer, brings simplified solutions to complex problems and does what they say they will do.

Responsibilities
· Coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify, track, report, escalate and driving to resolve incoming issues.
· Documenting and tracking progress against launch milestones, highlighting blockers, risks & creating recovery/mitigation plans.
· Owning and executing the processes for weekly/monthly reporting, including presenting to senior leadership.
· Executing new initiatives and documenting best practices for existing processes, standardizing approaches, and always absorbing new ideas to keep improving.
· Be able to suggest and drive process improvements, metrics to improve the overall team performance and efficiency.
· Creating a reporting mechanisms and dashboards for quick access to internal metrics.
· Scaling existing programs. Define and create processes that will scale to meet the growth of the program.
· You will be passionate about sharing your vast knowledge and experience with colleagues by building the governance of training and business facing educational material supporting all Compliance Functions across EMEA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Engineering, or Communication.
· 5+ years of relevant work experience in project/program management.
· 5+ years’ experience leading cross-functional project/programs.
· Demonstrable experience in leading difficult negotiations and managing senior stakeholders.
· Demonstrated Bias for Action, and passion to get the right stuff done!
· Demonstrated business-writing skills.
· Experience working with Excel and other analytical software (e.g. Tableau)
· Experience using data and analytics to make informed decisions

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) org or team.
· Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and generate innovative solutions in an extremely fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated Customer Obsession and deep understanding of what metrics represent to business stakeholders.
· Recognized Project Management certification (Prince2, PMI etc.)
· Demonstrated ownership.
