Job Description
Take charge and help build Asia’s most creative and digital smile cosmetics band. We want you to think outside the box from day one. We are looking for an ambitious Operations Intern to:- Internship opportunities open from August onward
- Provide support to Operations Manager in areas of treatment planning, supply chain management and data management
- Process, monitor and resolve transactions that occur through the day accurately
- Be involved in the design of new operational processes as the business continues to scale and enters new uncharted territories.
- Learn how to select, organize and analyze data to discover findings that lead to process and efficiency improvements.
- Communicate with other internal departments to handle processing requests
- To ensure patient confidentiality is always protected
- Any other ad-hoc operational tasks as required
You're a fit for this role, if you:- Candidates are currently enrolled in a Polytechnic, ITE or University, any field.
- No experience required
- The nature of this job requires the candidate to be proficient in the Chinese language
- Inquisitive and organized
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel highly preferred
- Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail, has initiative and able to work tight deadlines
- Able to commit on weekends as and when required
