Logistic Manager/ Warehouse Manager (JI-Confidential)

• Overseeing daily operations, order management systems, order scheduling systems, managing KPI Expectations, and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and ensure both internal team and external 3PL operations have the capacity to fulfill in accordance with KPI targets.
• Plan and hire field specialists to ensure operations are well managed at all times.
• Lead and coach a team of Operations Specialists and creating various training activities to ensure their growth.
• Monitor, report and provide instructions and feedbacks to third-party delivery partners regarding objective and subjective KPI.
• Provide direct input into the existing user tools and make recommendations for processes.
• Oversee the establishment of SOPs in each fulfillment process.
• Seek out new 3PLs to help improve fulfillment operations.
• Align and work on projects/processes with various internal stakeholders (Customer Experience/Marketing/Technology/etc.) in accordance to achieving the company’s objectives
• Management of all warehouse-related activities (inbound, outbound, and storage).
• Manage key customer's expectations with the agreed KPIs.
• Develop and review SOP if necessary according to the ISO standard and maintain all the documents are well maintained.
• Oversee the maintenance

Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Logistic amp; Supply Chain Management or relevant.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in logistic, supply chain, warehouse and manufacturing industries.
• Prior leadership experience, with experience building and managing a team.
• Knowledge on ERP/ SAP / WMS / DG Warehouse operations will be an advantage
• Knowledge in managing 3PLs (Warehouse/Transporter), negotiating, and managing their associated KPIs and SLAs.
• Well organized and detail-oriented
