The individual will be responsible for the Omron Electrical Asia Pacific Business Performance in it's designated Industrial Automation Business (IAB) product portfolio through Industry Sales.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Full Responsibility for Robotics Performance in OEP-G
- Strategic Plan amp; Drive Execution with 4P amp; 3C framework management for Product Portfolio assigned, with Industry Sales
- Analyze amp; Review Product Portfolio with Industry Strategies on monthly basis
- Identify amp; Develop Strategic Business Partner(s) as strategic deployment in the region supporting the business
- Drive up Sales Enablement capabilities in sales members
- Gain feedback via periodic VOC with key customers to Omron Business Unit
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Robotics Product Marketing Management
- Comprehensive understanding of Asia Pacific industry, product amp; market trends will be advantageous
- Good knowledge of IAB Products/Solution in-line with GIS strategies
- Good understanding of market competitors amp; industry dynamics will be advantageous
