Position Summary
Role and Responsibilities
To assist Sales and Product Managers in Order Management and Forecasting functions
Support the team in achieving company target for SCM KPI
Monitor and analyze SCM KPIs and provide reports and improvement plans
To provide guidance to Product Managers in Demand Planning
Collaborate with Product Managers on Sales planning & Business forecasting updates
Responsible for Channel Performance tracking such as Channel Inventory, Sell-thru results & operation KPIs
To prepare and co-ordinate weekly SCM meetings
Communicate with the team on the stock availability & delivery status
To co-ordinate with HQ regarding PO issues, stocks and shipment information
To support the team in any other Sales & SCM related functions
To support management in reporting to HQ
Job Specification
Skills and Qualifications
Possess a Degree preferably in SCM with minimum 4 to 5 years of related working experience in a sales environment preferred
Skilled in various computer programs including SAP, Microsoft Office etc
Good interpersonal skills, multi-task and ability to follow-up.
