Nuvei, a leading global provider of financial technologies (TSX: NVEI) is seeking a APAC Mamp;A specialist to facilitate its Mamp;A growth opportunities in the region.
The Mamp;A specialist will be responsible for full cycle of mergers and acquisition in the region including lead generation, qualification, financial modeling, diligence organization and process, contract as well as post merger integration and should have the experience and expertise to help drive the entire process.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Mamp;A leader to develop expertise in the payments eco-system and help build and diversify Nuvei’s value proposition through Mamp;A.
Requirements
- Must have at least 5-10 years extensive Mamp;A experience within a fast-paced, highly competitive, and dynamic environment, preferably working as an Mamp;A lead ideally at an investment bank, financial institution or consultancy firm.
- Need to be able to demonstrate an in-depth operational and valuation financial modelling experience and an ability to generate new business .
- Have experience making effective decisions through the analysis of information and proficient deal analysis, negotiation and execution.
- Have extensive knowledge of a corporate finance, and experience managing Mamp;A processes through the entire life-cycle of a merger or acquisition transaction.
- Successful track record managing transaction valuation and strategic transaction analyses.
- Preferably, have experience in payments or finance sector.
Education:
Ideally have a master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related field.
