Founded in 2010, we have grown to 250 people strong, with our headquarters in Singapore, and country offices in Indonesia, Malaysia and Hong Kong, omni-channel presence across the 4 markets, retail franchise in Cambodia, and international e-commerce to 10 other markets - China, Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Brunei.

The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring that the production timelines from order to delivery are achieved, whilst working collaboratively across a number of departments. You will need the ability to be both hands on and quick to think on your feet when dealing with our network of Suppliers. This is an exciting and pivotal role in the Sourcing amp; Production team that requires a go-getter with a positive mindset, have initiative, as well as enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
You should have / be
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to partner our international (including Chinese-speaking) suppliers)
- Self-motivated to deliver results, keeping a curious, proactive and innovative mindset
- A good sense of timeline coordination and scheduling

- Comfortable working with data, reporting information tools and technologies to simplify production tracking processes

- A passion for fashion is a must, interest in sustainability is a plus
Main responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure on time deliveries and escalation of reporting where required
- Leverage on existing reporting/production tracking tools to provide effective visibility to internal teams
- Track and manage the pre-production to production schedule, diligently updating all time amp; action calendars, maintaining an organized and accurate production schedule
- Own production updates and actively participate in weekly updates with external and internal teams
- Work closely with design and product development teams to maintain sample tracking process for all development styles
- Raise order sheets after every buying session
- Serve as the integral link between factories and internal teams, and manage all supplier communication regarding sampling, orders and production
- Communicate with multiple vendors on a daily basis, ensuring deliveries deadlines are met
- Monitor suppliers KPIs and ensure that performance levels are maintained
- Manage and report supplier performance metrics monthly and quarterly
- Follow up and resolve defect issues with suppliers
- Assist with supplier issue resolution when necessary
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in production, fast-fashion or e-commerce environment highly desirable but not a must
- Excellent English amp; Chinese (writing and speaking) skills.
- Ability to be diplomatic yet firm with suppliers
- Not be afraid to change the plan of execution whenever required
- Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders or are a natural excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Deep functional planning knowledge
- Diploma or Professional Degree in related field
