The Role

You will be responsible for contributing to the overall brand social strategy across various social media channels and touchpoints. You will play a key role in the supercharging of the brand’s strategy in growth and creation of buzzworthy and relevant content for the various channels across different markets. Reporting into the Assistant Manager, Social amp; Community, you will play a pivotal role in the expansion and elevation of Love, Bonito’s social media presence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative and engaging social media content
  • Contribute to the overall social content strategies and executional methods across the region to achieve marketing targets
  • Work closely across functions and teams to brainstorm, discuss and execute social content for all campaigns and launches.
  • Plan, create and deliver content across different platforms
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and countries.
  • Be the liaison for influencers across the social media platforms - organise, manage and coordinate all content related to social channels.
  • Assist with seasonal audience research for improvements.
  • Work with colleagues from Customer Success team to ensure customer queries are handled and update the social FAQ sheet with the latest information
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Iconosquare, Google Analytics and individual platform reporting features such as Facebook insights
  • Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
  • Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, visual creatives, and copy
  • Prepare presentations and reports for regular regional review and update
  • Other ad hoc requests

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media content creation, marketing or communications in a relevant industry preferred.
  • Prior experience in photography and videography will be a plus
  • Adept in Adobe photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro/Final Cut
  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Design/Visual Communications or other relevant fields.
