The role

You will be responsible for contributing to the overall growth marketing strategy across digital and retail touchpoints for the Singapore and International sites. You will play a pivotal role in the development of Love, Bonito’s brand in our focus markets on all things performance marketing and CRM. Reporting into the VP of Brand, you will play a key role in shaping Love, Bonito throughout this exhilarating expansion phase.

Main responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Lead a team of 4 executives in Performance Marketing and CRM specialities to drive performance marketing campaigns from planning to execution and beyond all SG and International Market segments (SEA, North Asia and Asia Diasporas)
  • Managing, and optimizing campaigns across marketing channels (SEM, social paid, GDN, programmatic), developing SEO strategies with Tech Team and be responsible for all performance marketing KPIs across markets
  • Manage relationship and work closely with all of advertising / technology partners (e.g. Google, Facebook and etc) recommend optimisations
  • Collaborate with Finance, Data and International BD teams to guide creative tests
  • Research competitors and their strategies to find the gaps in the industry
  • Your main KPIs are marketing efficiency, customer acquisition and customer retention

CRM

  • Strategise with Data team and Brand Campaigns Pillar and Product Team to drive member sign-ups and improve customer lifetime value (LTV) via member specific targeted campaigns and initiatives
  • Actively strategize and plan new initiatives with data and analysis of user behaviour to create segmented campaigns with relevant content, and improve on them with regular testing
  • Understand product lines and LBCo+ offerings inside out and leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers

Requirements

Qualifications amp; Experience

  • gt; 6 years of relevant work experience preferably in performance marketing and/or CRM
  • Past experience in working in a fast growing consumer company, with an interest in e-commerce and fashion
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL and data analytics tools
