- Provide 1st and/or 2nd level maintenance support to Printers, Local Servers, Desktops support, Android Mobile Phones amp; in-house operation program.
- System accounts administration, computer/Android mobile setup amp; configuration.
- Assist IT Manager in system analysis, process design and develop solutions to fulfill business requirements
- Ensure proper security system setup and maintenance to protect data accuracy.
- Conduct individual or group training sessions regarding in-house application and related tools for internal employees
- Additional duties as assigned
Service Delivery
- Ensure the operational uptime/excellence, optimization and integrity of the IT systems and network infrastructure
- Primary contact and responsible for all IT services as in infrastructure, end user computing, network, hosting facilities and management of outsourced contractors
- Manage Servers, PCs, LAN/WAN devices, telecommunications system, PABX systems, computer peripherals and desktop/mobile applications deployments
- Support business by working with development team for requirements to enhance IT solutions e.g. enhancement of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), portal developments, etc
- Ensure security risks are mitigated with collaboration with Group / Regional Security teams
- Ensure new-joiners have required IT equipment as onboarding of new staff
- Provide prompt helpdesk and technical support, training and systems/software documentation
Solution Delivery
- Support in any evaluation and deployment of equipment/solutions to improve the business operations, in compliance with regional IT governance framework, strategies and policies
- Support in development of business cases, project charters, budgets, other required documentation and execution of all IT related projects
- Liaise with frontline colleagues, customers, end user, management, external consultants and vendors to define user systems requirements and provide functional specifications to these external and/or internal parties
- Support team to roll-out application enhancements in mobile/PC environments and ensuring key stages of Quality Assurance / Testing are performed prior to production go-live
- Ability to produce high quality written communications, documentation, and project materials
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- Min 2 years experience application and desktops support
- Product knowledge of Windows server and Network, Google Apps, Mobile Device Management, ChromeOS, SQL database amp; reporting and web-based systems programming experience (Javascript, HTML, ASP.Net, XML) will be an added advantage.
- Good communication amp; analytical skills; team player who is able to work independently; able to generate clear documentation.
- Committed and responsible team player with a pleasant personality.
