Job Description

You are an experienced marketer who is nimble, strategic and highly hands-on in delivering both results-driven and branding-driven campaigns. You constantly initiative growth opportunities and translate them into creative marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities
  • Driving marketing efforts and strategic partnerships for LingoAce focusing on user acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness
  • Plan marketing roadmap and BAU content calendar to strategically target K12 students through engaging content and campaign mechanics
  • Leverage on lead generation to implement targeted marketing campaigns (social media, offline, KOL, partners, affiliates etc.) to improve customer stickiness and loyalty with LingoAce platform
  • Best practices research into global and regional EdTech competitors to recommend marketing solutions
  • Work with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Operations team to identify new growth drivers and initiate marketing programs to realise them
  • Monitor budgets and ROI for all marketing activities such as performance ads, social media campaigns, offline open house etc.

Requirements
  • Master or Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a results-driven marketing role, preferably in tech, agency, consulting industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing B2C campaigns
  • Creative writing skills with flawless grammar amp; spelling
  • High energy, self-motivated amp; ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong people skills, including proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin is a requirement to liaise with Chinese counterparts
