We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to produce and support paid social and digital media advertising campaigns across the BandLab Technologies group. Reporting to the E-commerce amp; Growth Lead, they will contribute to the execution of paid advertising campaigns on key social/digital platforms, including Facebook, Apple, YouTube, Google and more.
The candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and have experience in paid media marketing and advertising. The candidate must possess excellent communication, organisational and creative problem-solving skills. Interest for the Music Industry is a plus.
Position based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns on self-service advertising platforms including Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Apple Search Ads, Spotify, Tik Tok.
- Produce and present paid media recommendations and launch campaigns from the ground up, including testing opportunities
- Organise and manage internal marketing support across various departments and platforms
- Ensure all branding opportunities w/3rd parties are on strategy without sacrificing brand integrity
- Monitor campaign spends and optimises media spends as necessary
- Create campaign wrap-up reports, best practices documents, and other misc. presentations as needed
- Oversee day-to-day budget, track spends, IOβs, contracts, and payments
- Manage the submission and delivery of creative requests for ads, emails, and display units
- Responsible for executing regular AB testing of creatives/channels
Requirements
- 2-3+ years experience in a marketing agency, mobile app or e-commerce environment
- Diploma, Degree or Professional education qualification in marketing or related fields
- Track record of viral content - high engagement rates of shares, comments and likes on social media
- Able to work with high-level KPIs like ROAS, ROI, Traffic objectives, CTR
- Good knowledge and experience on the different growth and marketing channels (SEO, ASO, EDM, Socials, Content) and tools
- Excellent post-campaign analysis skills
- Familiar with the latest digital and social media trends
- Proficient in copywriting
- Understanding of HTML, CSS and responsive layouts
- Clear communication and written language in English is required.
- Highly creative, visual, and able to generate ideas and oversee projects from concept to completion
- Excellent understanding of online retail, marketing trends, mobile app industry and design concepts within the digital space
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and can-do approach
- Flexibility to take on new projects as they appear
