Job Description

Will serve as a HR generalist for a business unit and drive Lamp;D agenda within the organization.

As HR BP

  • Provide entire range of HR services (excluding recruitment) focused to increase employee engagement and retention to facilitate employee life cycle management in a fast pace service industry.
  • Conduct engagement and retention actions through but not limited to stay or exit interviews, skip level meetings, new hire onboarding experience interviews, Support goal setting and performance management actions for the business unit.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and employee surveys such as YVC (Your Voice Counts) and partner with the business to effectively follow through on required actions.
  • Partner with the business to facilitate resolutions regarding employee relations issues with escalation to the HR Director when necessary.
  • Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies and benefits, procedures and services in accordance with legal compliance and company requirements.
  • Prepare and submit monthly management and other statutory reports

As Lamp;D Lead

  • Develop and execute training plan and calendar in conjuction to needs of individual departments.
  • Lead and drive continous learning through tools - internal LMS, Kahoot, Linkedin Learning, byte size videos
  • Facilitate short online/classroom learning sessions for employees and supervisors
  • Provide administration support for On-The-Job (OJT) Training and SHE training
  • Submit government Funding and Training grants application
  • Support ISO, SQC Certifications
  • Organize company onboarding and induction of employees
  • Maintain proper training records for ISO, SQC certification audits

Requirements


  • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience as a HR Generalist
  • Preference to experience in Lamp;D.
  • Good communication, facilitation, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Being pro-active, mature, meticulous, analytical, organized and a dedicated team player
  • Strong project management skill and microsoft office applications
  • Knowledge and experience of Workday or other HRIS preferred
  • Knowledge of Lean and other continuous improvement tools will be an added advantage
