Overview of the role
Reporting to the Regional Talent Manager, APAC, the Internal Recruiter will be part of Euromonitor’s Singapore HR Team and will support the recruitment needs for all permanent recruitment for all business teams, sales, research, consultancy, technology, and business services for our APAC offices.
You are the central person for recruiting for all full time roles including advertising, headhunting, selection, screening, testing, interviewing and candidate liaison.
The primary objective of this role is to fill all roles as quickly and efficiently as possible, with a focus on attracting talent that will grow, develop and stay with the company long term. Building and promoting the Euromonitor Employer Brand via social media advertising and industry networking events is also integral to success.
An ability to forge and manage relationships within a virtual environment is needed as you will be working with managers from many different departments/locations and at different levels of seniority within the organisation.
Euromonitor prides itself on promoting from within and encouraging staff to develop their careers within the company, so there will be an added focus on maintaining relationships with managers and hires to enable people to equip themselves to develop up through the company. This may include coaching interview training and career advice.
