You build and manage your own team, take a leading role in our expansion of building a large consumer brand in SG/MY , and work closely together with our Smile Cosmetics HQ Team and Growth Business Leaders across Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan and Indonesia.

- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a rapidly scaling business, launching new products and building teams in the ecommerce and digital marketing space (previous founding experience is a plus) or have worked in high-growth environments such as tech, strategy consulting or FMCG companies
- Think scrappily but wildly about exploring new marketing channels, building growth loops and acquisition moats through product engagement features
- Are passionately tuned into SG/MY's consumers and can articulate a clear vision on what a modern brand needs to look like in 2020
- Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coachability and bring both to the table

We are looking for an ambitious Business Unit Leader to:
- Build a team of ambitious individuals with a growth mindset and the ability to build the most largest Smile Cosmetics Brand in Singapore
- Leverage creative growth channels and rapidly scale our portfolio of Smile Cosmetics products (electric toothbrush, teeth whitening, toothpaste) to a million dollar business
- Go beyond the obvious when it comes to growth channels. Be creative and resourceful in building growth loops and scalable marketing channels
- Take ownership and work closely together with our MD in SG/MY and our Regional Consumer Products Team in Singapore (ex Uber, McKinsey, BCG, JP Morgan, Antler)
