The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Logistics team and ensuring the entire supply of contractors(drivers) are taken full care of.



Requirements

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Posting adds; (creating the continuous flow for meetings) for keeping a steady active recruitment pipeline
  • Screening and maintaining drivers.
  • Internal and external communication using appropriate channels of communication.
  • Coordinating with internal team members, helping teammates and seeking help from teammates as and when necessary.
  • Efficiently run the day to day facility operations, including problem-solving, crisis management and issue mediation to ensure they run smoothly
  • Manage all partnered facilities to ensure quality output and high partner satisfaction levels.
  • Complete onboarding amp; offboarding of facilities and monitor all stages of partner associated processes making sure they run smoothly and efficiently
  • Finding effective ways of setting up standards and processes meant to improve the daily operations and reduce complaints
  • Frequently meeting of our partners to understand their requirements and make sure they are following the set processing guidelines
  • Administration tasks that will help to keep our partners well-managed and organised
  • Be the internal liaison in matters regarding daily Partner Operations


Skills Required :

  • Ability to communicate openly, clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
  • Pro-active, professional manner, personable and approachable.
  • Attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and excellent organisational skills.
  • Creativity and innovation, proven experience of generating ideas for training and marketing campaigns.
  • Resilient, flexible and able to deal with a variety of issues including sensitive, confidential issues as and when they arise.
  • Ability to manage and develop more junior team members.
  • Ability to interact and influence at all levels within the Firm.

Desired Skills:

  • Speaking the local language will be considered as an asset.
  • Former experience in a tech start-up will be a plus.
  • Experience working in a high-stress environment shall be preferred.
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism

COVID-19 Precautions:

  • Remote working until further notice.

Work Schedule and Patterns :

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Salary:

  • Negotiable, experience dependant
