Our Asian and Australian regions are one of our fastest growing and important regions our global network, meaning you have the opportunity to influence the success of F45 on a large and growing scale, but from the base of our home town in Sydney Australia.

We are looking for an ambitious Franchise Performance Manager to motivate, support and inspire our franchisees to success using F45 sales, training and business methodologies. The Performance Manager will work closely with F45 Training HQ, and collaborate with our global team of Performance Managers to ensure each of our studios are extremely successful in membership, driving revenue and delivering a best-in-class athletics experience.

We are looking for someone with high energy, amazing relationship, communication and presentation skills who knows what it takes to make a fitness business successful. Your operational and sales experience, along with you ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in different circumstances will help you drive value for our franchisee network.

This is a full time position. This position will be based in Australia, with expectations to travel across Australia and to Asia (where possible) to ensure our network has on-the-ground support.

This position reports to the Global Director of Performance.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who can

  • Be a Business Consultant - Provide ongoing pro-active business coaching and operations advice to F45 studios across the Asia market including lead follow up, sales processes, manager/leadership training and financial acumen with the purpose of helping drive revenue for our franchisee network
  • Create Operational Excellence - Be available for operations advice to all studios under your portfolio in your region to ensure our network is supported and that the relationship between studios and HQ is powerful
  • Analyze amp; Coach - Set up Performance Meetings to re-train Owners/Manager on weak link/s in their business, and monitor progress going forward including goal development and tracking to support their success
  • Help drive Membership success - Ensure an optimal Athletics and membership experience by delivering ongoing sales and retention education to established studios
  • Create a full F45 Experience - Collaborate effectively with Athletics, Marketing and Finance to deliver a world class, franchisee experience to our network
  • Set up Systems: Drive our franchisee network's success and identify issues early by implementing mechanisms to gauge the quality of franchisees and franchisee experience, particularly in relation to the Athletics experience.
  • Build Relationships - Utilize F45 internal systems to support and manage relationships with the network, as well as optimize business operations.
  • Be Available - Regular meetings will be required to the area and franchisees within network. These will generally be carried out remotely via digital platforms, but may also require travel where permitted by F45 within local regulations, and F45 Health amp; Safety Policies


To help drive these outcomes, it would help if you have:

  • Strong fitness sales background and knowledge of how fitness businesses operate successfully
  • A good level of comfort with presentations, public speaking and also building new relationships 1:1
  • Experience with the F45 brand
  • A love of being organized amongst a high-change environment, often with competing priorities
  • An ability to travel pending regulations and company expectations
  • Can speak another language
