You will work as a Part Time Admin Assistant, where you will perform office support for treasury
department such as internal communication with internal/external stakeholders, data entry records and printing documents for Export Letter of Credit as well as other admin adhoc duties
Printing Letter of Credit documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents etc)
Tracking shipment of documents and update the letter of credit website.
Responding to emails on shipment of documents, status of documents etc
Arranging courier to deliver documents to the bank
Assisting treasurer in maintaining the letter of credit mailbox
Other administrative duties as and when required
Responsibilities
Able to take heavy printing duties and follow up on shipment tracking
Responsible, Pro-active and meticulous
Work at least 2-3 days/week
