The Responsibilities :
Colocation room control
- Perform patrol in accordance with predefined schedule
- Keep the record of status of key point
- Take the corrective action or escalate to the appropriate person if there is something abnormal
Guided Access
- Guide visitor
- Guide visitor if there is no Personal ID card holder
Monitoring system management (Managed Services)
- Response to alarm
- Take necessary response to the alarm reported by customer device monitoring system
Data Center entry / exit for customer
- Entry application management
- Receive and check pre-entry application from internal or customer
Shipping management
- Shipping application management
- Receive and check shipping application
- Register the schedule as necessary
- Keep the shipping application for future use
Parcel management
- Receive parcel to ship from customer
- Store the parcel to be sent in storage and tag for future reference
- Hand the parcel to delivery/ carrier company
Delivery ship management
- Check the delivery ship and arrange the pick-up date and time (support)
- Keep the delivery slip for future reference (support)
Receiving management
- Receiving application management
- Receive and check receiving application
- Register the schedule as necessary
Parcel management
- Receive parcel from shipping company
- Store the received parcel in storage and tag for future reference
- Hand the parcel to the customer and receive signature
Delivery slip management
- Keep the delivery slip for future reference
- Arrange schedule
- Manage and arrange the usage schedule
Common facility management
- Arrange schedule
- Manage and arrange the usage schedule
Rental Item management
- Check the rental status
- Check if all the item to be rent out (tools, monitors, etc) is there (every night)
- Check the condition of rental item and cleaning or repair as necessary
- Rack shelf plate management
- Understand and manage rack shelf plate
- Request additional plate appropriate party as necessary
Carry-in / out
- Carry-in / out application management
- Receive and check carry-in / out application
- Arrange the schedule as necessary
Care protection management
- Check care protection status prior to the carry-in / out work
- Check if DC facility is damaged by carry-in / out work
Attend to carry-in / out work
- Attend to the carry-in / out work
- Let the customer use staging room properly
- Book the filled-in and used applications and other forms
- Carry-in / out application
Remote hand
- Perform basic remote hand service
- Receive request call from customer / Receive request mail from customer / Receive notification mail from portal.
- Check if the prerequisite conditions are satisfied
- Perform requested operation
- Report the completion to the customer
- Keep the operation log for future use (billing to customer)
Run book management
- Ensure that all the run books are stored where they should be (every night)
Sending notification to customer
- Regular maintenance
- Send regular maintenance notification to customers via email
- Emergency maintenance
- Call to customers to notify emergency maintenance
- Occurrence Notification
- Incident Notification to customer
- Incident Escalation to management
Customer support (Service desk)
- Incoming phone calls
- Answer to the customer's general inquiry via phone or email
- Escalate the call to the Supervisor as necessary
- Onsite support
- Attend the customer (or other parties) to take a picture of DC
Quality Management
- Make the reports and keep the records (each shift/daily/monthly)
- Load and unload of backup tapes according to customer’s runbook and schedule
- Receive and handover of backup tapes according to runbook and schedule to customer’s arranged offsite storage vendor
