Job Description

Our client is multinational information technology and logistic express company. They are looking for E-commerce Helpdesk Executive to support their team.

Main job duties and responsibilities as a E-Commerce Helpdesk Executive include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Phone or email support for IT hardware and software issues such as problem diagnosis, PC/software installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems, etc.
  2. Resolution of both technical and general issues raised by customers.
  3. Logging of inbound calls and to determine if escalation is needed to resolve problems raised.
  4. Any other tasks as assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements

  • Education qualification: Min. Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience as IT Helpdesk / Service Desk role
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill

Benefits

  • Office Hour: Monday to Friday (8.30 AM - 6 PM)
