YOUR CHALLENGE:

You will work in the Business Development Team of Decathlon Singapore and will be the Leader of Corporate sales and partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define, lead and implement corporate sales amp; partnerships strategies.
  • Manage corporate sales daily operations from A to Z.
  • Handle and follow up daily with corporate customer’s inquiries, requirements and needs.
  • Pitch and acquire new corporate customers proactively.
  • Build and maintain strong corporate customer relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for new partnerships and strengthening existing relationships and collaborations.
  • Ensure overall sales target are met through planning, forecasting.
  • Create new marketing tools (pitch decks, B2B catalog, etc)
  • Use social media, website and online marketing channels to promote corporate sales services and increase sales.
  • Onboard affiliated partners to accelerate our market penetration and drive sales.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Singaporean/PR
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in Business Development / Sales / B2B
  • Team Leader
  • Goal-oriented
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in managing projects
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and responsible team player
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, confident in negotiation with customers and partners
  • Able to build strong working relationship with stakeholders at all levels
