Job Overview
We are looking to hire someone who can improve how our people work, behave, engage and grow with us through robust human resource policies and programs that will help weave the overall cultural fabric within Xtremax and lead to an employee experience that attracts and retains the right talent.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the leadership team in creating a culture that attracts and retains high-caliber talents across the organisation;
- Play a key role in collaboration with business leaders to develop and execute People and Culture strategies and activities that foster growth, drive results, increase employee satisfaction and sense of belonging, and increase organisational effectiveness;
- Lead the strategic discussions and implementation of important initiatives in employer branding, employee engagement amp; motivation, employee/manager career development, performance management, benefits amp; compensation, diversity amp; inclusion, safety, wellness, etc;
- Oversee the smooth execution of day-to-day people operations and processes to ensure high quality delivery of related processes;
- Be the key advocate in ensuring the creation and consistent and disciplined application of people policies, standards, guidelines and tools;
- Champion company culture, values amp; missions, and employee engagement practices to align with company goals.
Requirements
- Degree in HR management or related/equivalent field
- Experience in HR management roles ideally in the tech industry
- 8 years of relevant work experience
- Track record of developing positive organisational/culture change initiatives
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategy
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Possesses a strategic mindset with a relentless focus on execution
- Collaborative, personable style with strong analytical skills
- Strong desire to build relationships, work as a team, keep a positive attitude and embody the values of Xtremax
