The position of Store Supervisor reporting to Supply Chain Manager of the company entails the following duties and responsibilities.
1. To assist incoming and outgoing shipments include items packing, driving forklift to load and unload items with valid forklift driving license
2. To supervise and manage SCM Store Team to carry out daily store operation including Material Requisition Form for store consumable items are raised accordingly for stock replenishment.
3. To implement warehousing/finished goods management to ensure the efficient and accurate receipt, handling and storage of materials and assembly’s accordance to ISO90001 and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy
4. To ensure warehouse activities are efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing raw material and finished goods inventories
5. To manage good receipts, resolving discrepancies, to maintain required safety stocks
6. To generate Monthly Inventory Report to GSPL amp; GTSPL Finance Department
7. To ensure all material/inventory is correctly accounted for, reporting delivery discrepancies and organizing regular stock takes for both GSPL amp; GTSPL.
8. To maintain the valid certificate for statutory/non-statutory equipment and arrange necessary service maintenance/calibration for expired equipment
9. Responsible Industrial Toxic Waste and Chemical Containers/Cartridge Disposal, scrap, etc.
10. Responsible to adopt good housekeeping and overall safety practice to achieve well-organized and safe working environment which comply to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Policy
11. Responsible for internal audit and external audit related to Store Operation
12. Must always give priority to safety and health for yourself as well as your co-worker/peer and follow strictly the company’s environment, health and safety policy.
13. Any other tasks as and when assigned by manager / management.
