Objective:
To develop, establish and implement commercial strategies for e-commerce across SEA markets to achieve specific sales, revenue, profitability and market share objectives.
Key Duties amp; Responsibilities:
- To develop, manage and implement all campaigns and activities across the region to achieve the current and long-term sales ambition
- To manage the e-commerce media budget and deliver activities according to the strategy and objectives outlined to drive brand engagement and sales
- To manage and review the productivity of the campaigns and projects
- To monitor, review and report on the results of campaigns and animations
- To integrate the digital strategy involving the brand’s e-commerce online platforms with social media so as to achieve the desired participation and activity levels
- To work closely with the regional marketing team so as to develop and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns
- To work closely with the local market teams on building effective campaigns on their respective e-commerce platforms
- To conduct, when necessary, quantitative and qualitative market research to determine market benchmarks
- To perform analysis of consumer research, current market conditions and competitor information through contacts with the trade / customers, sales team, consumer surveys, site visits
- To manage the creative agencies’ inputs amp; creative outputs for successful campaigns on respective e-commerce platforms
- To work with the logistics team on forecasts to ensure the timely fulfilment of stocks with minimal forecast variance
Requirements
- At least a Diploma / Degree holder in Business / Marketing or equivalent with at least 4 years of strong operational e-commerce experience in a similar capacity
- Have a strong grasp of the commercial aspects of the beauty industry and the e-commerce platforms business dynamics in SEA
- Ability to multi-task and possess good analytical skills
- A team player and good interpersonal skills, planning and organizing skills
- Proactive and has strong passion for the job
- Good spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office applications
