Founded in 2010, we have grown to 250 people strong, with our headquarters in Singapore, and country offices in Indonesia, and Malaysia, omni-channel presence across the 3 markets, retail franchise in Cambodia, and international e-commerce to 11 other markets - Hong Kong, China, Australia, New Zealand, US, Canada, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand and Brunei.

The Role

As an Intern within the Love, Bonito International Business Development Team, you will support the growth of our International markets.

1/ Love, Bonito International website(s)

• Build weekly performance review analyzing evolution of our key metrics (Conversion rate, sales, traffic, New customers, Average Order Value etc.)
• Select assortment for key campaigns and promotions on our website(s).
• Recommend and develop local content on our website(s) following our brand marketing guidelines
• Analyze the results of all new features implemented in our International Website(s)
• Analyze and recommend potential new publishers to add in our Affiliate program
• Support user testing projects for new features on our International Website(s)
• Suggest business strategies to maintain market competitiveness after in-depth market analysis/research
  

2/ Love, Bonito International Partners

• Liaise with our marketplace partners to maintain updated brand pages and highlight potential back end issues (Love, Bonito online store maintenance: assortment optimization, images, banners, vouchers)
• Increase brand presence on the marketplace platforms through tactical visibilities/campaigns; generate revenue on the platform
• Onboard corporate partners amp; publishers through our Affiliate Network; generate revenue, optimize content and review performances of our partners.
• Analyze performances of our markets under franchise model.
  

Starting date: ideally by July 2021 and able to commit for 5 months (Full-time)

• Quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine curiosity to know how things work and how to make them better
• Enjoy learning new things and pick them up quickly
• Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
