As our new Furnace Equipment Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and manufacturing of furnace equipment for our semiconductor clients. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their requirements are met and work to continuously improve our equipment to make it more efficient and cost-effective. You will be responsible for defining equipment specifications and ensuring that our equipment meets these specifications.

• Oversee the design and manufacturing of furnace equipment for our semiconductor clients.
• Work closely with clients to ensure that their requirements are met.
• Define equipment specifications and ensure that our equipment meets these specifications.
• Continuously improve our equipment to make it more efficient and cost-effective.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that projects are completed on time and to budget.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and guidelines are strictly adhered to.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on equipment design and manufacturing.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and guidelines.
