Analyze and map all relevant business processes and IT infrastructure
• Research any rule that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data
governance, or organizational mandates, corporate and business analysis
• Make recommendations for solutions that deliver organizational goals
• Responsible for ERP, CRM and overall application support.
• Develop and analyze functional specifications
• Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
• Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
• Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
• Gather feedback from end users about system performance
• Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
• Possesses overall understanding of appropriate business processes and
workflows
• Keep abreast of technology trends and developments
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
• Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially the ability to analyze and communicate at an architectural level
• Solid understanding of and familiarity with the applicable frameworks, technical solutions, and tools
• Solid understanding of IT architectures and the implications of business decisions onto IT and vice versa
• Strong communications, influencing and negotiations skills ,cyber security skill
• Innovative curiosity, passion for problem-solving
• Fluency in written and spoken English
