We are currently working with a well-known Commercial Interior Design and Build company with a strong presence in Singapore to help bring in a Junior Accounts amp; Admin Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day office operations timely and efficiently
- To enter all accounting transactions (Partial AP amp; AR).
- Perform general administrative and Clerical duties
- Monitoring of staff annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave etc.
- Any ad-hoc duties requirements assigned by office manager
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in Autocount is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
- Strong responsible attitude and team player to complete tasks onetime.
