- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
- Answering incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to messages and emails
- Update customer bookings daily
- Update membership records
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Set up Golf simulator system and attend to any enquiries related
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Prepare monthly staff claims
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Working Hours :
44hrs 5 days/week (Able to work on Friday, Weekend, PH)
10am-8pm OR 3pm-1am (Shift schedule)
Salary :
Starts from $2,300 (depending on experience)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and scanning machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed
